Sloppy Moe is a recurring background character who appears in numerous episodes.
Appearance[]
Sloppy Moe is a slug-shaped imaginary friend made of garbage who speaks with a southern accent. He wears a yellow baseball cap and a bandage and has two bucked teeth. He emits a really foul odor from time to time.
History[]
Little is known about Sloppy Moe or his character as he rarely ever has any speaking lines. Although, according to the Foster's Leapster game, he was created by a boy who was equally messy and unhygienic (his creator is seen as an adult in "Good Wilt Hunting").
The only episodes he has speaking lines in are "The Trouble With Scribbles" (where he gets offended after being called a slug), "World Wide Wabbit" (where he does not want to be adopted by a loser), and "Affair Weather Friends" (where he offers Bloo, Mac, and Barry Bling pork rinds).
In "Bad Dare Day", because Mac and Bloo both survived the final round, they go into the lightning round. They begin to do several things to Sloppy Moe:
- Bloo shakes his hand.
- Mac hugs him.
- Bloo kisses him.
- Mac licks him.
- Bloo tries to marry him, but Moe refuses.

Trivia[]
- His name is a pun on the sloppy joe sandwich.
- He is labeled as "slug" in the credits of "The Trouble With Scribbles".
- Sloppy Moe was originally going to have a speaking role in "House of Bloo's", apologizing for his foul odor, but the line was cut from the final version. Despite this, he is still listed in the credits as "funky".
