Peanut Butter is an imaginary friend who is first featured in "Room With a Feud".
Appearance[]
Peanut Butter is a brown imaginary friend with a pink nose, pink hair, two antennae, buck teeth, and a southern accent similar to Gomer Pyle's. He wears black-and-white sneakers and a purple jacket with the number 5 on it.
Personality[]
Peanut Butter is a laid-back friend who never seems to be bothered by anything, liking oom-pah music and dirty rooms full of garbage and spiders, making Bloo and the others annoyed by him.
Biography[]
When Poindexter Dorkface III gets adopted, a new room opens up, and Wilt, Eduardo, Coco, and Bloo all compete to see who gets to move in. Peanut Butter asks to compete as well, but the others refuse to let him. Regardless, he still ends up competing alongside them anyway. When Mac shows up, Mr. Herriman makes him choose "who was going to get it". Thinking that Mr. Herriman was referring to a punishment, Mac points to Peanut Butter to avoid any of his friends getting in trouble. Peanut Butter gets the room, to the disappointment to the other friends, so Bloo and the others begin trying to get him to move out.
Their first attempt was making obnoxiously loud music, which Peanut Butter ends up enjoying due to his love for oom-pah music. Their next attempt at getting Peanut Butter to move out was to sabotage the room, by tearing up the wallpaper, leaving trash everywhere, and releasing dozens of spiders into the room. Peanut Butter ends up loving it because it reminded him of his creator, who was lazy and sloppy, and of his old home, which was trashy and riddled with spiders.
When Peanut Butter ends up taking an even greater liking to his new room, Bloo, Wilt, Coco, and Eduardo become so enraged that they chase him around the house for over 45 minutes straight (which Peanut Butter mistakes for a workout). Meanwhile, Mac brings back one of his classmates, Jerry, and introduces him to Peanut Butter. Jerry is a slovenly kid who played in the school band and is fascinated by spiders. He ends up adopting Peanut Butter, leaving the room open once again.
In "Goodbye to Bloo", Peanut Butter is seen attending Mac's going away party.
Trivia[]
- The name of his new owner, Jerry, may be a pun on jelly, which goes along with Peanut Butter's name.
