Gregory is a little boy who created Bendy. His first appearance is Adoptcalypse Now, He and his parents appeared again in Everyone Knows It's Bendy and he and his parents make a cameo in Neighbor Pains.

Trivia[]

  • Despite to his short appearance in the episode, it is implied by some that Gregory actually framed Bendy for his actions, causing his parents to kick Bendy out of their home, this is more explicity to see the clear regret in his face when his parents mentioned all the actions of Bendy in their home.
    • If this theory is correct, then Gregory would be the true culprit and is responsible for Bendy setting up Bloo and his friends, because of his cowardice to confess his naughty actions and his inability to stop it, caused Bendy to believe that he could frame others for actions that they didn't commit. It also caused Bendy to harbor a resentment that resulted in him framing others for his misdeeds to feel himself better.
  • The other theory could be that Gregory isnt the person to blame, and is just nervous about the whole situation regarding Bendy. Some kids can have tendencies to feel bad about situations that they cannot control and aren't at fault for, but feel as if they are the ones to blame. We do see in the opening scene Mr. Herriman and Frankie looking down at Gregory in a seemingly mean way, and do question to his parents if it isn't Bendy's fault but Gregory's. It would just mean that Bendy was just horrible and cruel since the start of it, and was just unstable to have. It could also mean that his unstable nature to want to cause trouble and frame it on others could have rubbed off on Gregory, and made Gregory feel hurt and the victim of bad circumstances inflicted onto him.
  • Regardless of all the theories and more regarding Gregory and whether or not he's innocent, it is sad to say that we will never have the definitive answer. Back to the basis of already understood facts, the pitch for Everyone Knows It's Bendy was originally going to aim for 22 minutes long with a better explained ending and much better explained reasoning as to why everything occurred. It would've hopefully left a lot of questions answered, especially also touching on whether Gregory is innocent or not; but for reason's unknown, the writers were forced to shorten the final product of the episode to 13 to 14 minutes long. With the cut-down, it resulted in forming the many major plot holes and many unanswered questions seen throughout. Therefore, we cannot give a definite answer as to whether or not Gregory is also to blame for Bendy's behavior. The only ones the viewer(s) can actually blame at the moment, are Bendy himself for his horrible antics and his framing towards Bloo, Wilt, Coco, and Eduardo; and Mr. Herriman and Frankie for defending Bendy and unfairly punishing Bloo and his friends, not wanting to know the truth that they were allowing Bendy to continue to be on bad behavior and get away with it.
