Japanese Bloo
His nickname is J. Bloo and was only seen for about 2 minutes in Bus the Two of Us. He was blamed for breaking the law by Frankie and was created by Goo. He has a smile on his dark red ball paddle ball. He looks like the original Bloo, but speaks Japanese. He seems to like the things Bloo likes. He expresses his emotions in his sentences such as "Bouncy Paddle toy, I am filled with greatness" or "Joy ride without happy face? Never!" Japanese Bloo might have gotten arrested and charged for the crimes that the real Bloo committed throughout the episode.
He is voiced by Keith Ferguson just like the original Bloo.

- Although Goo's Bloo can speak Japanese, there was a Japanese dub version of the original Bloo and was voiced by the same actor who voiced Sasuke in Naruto, Ishida from Bleach, and Kevin Levin in Ben 10: Alien Force, Noriaki Sugiyama.
