Bloppy Pants is a secondary character of Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends. He is a very nervous cat friend who is also the lead singer of the band Pizza Party.
Bloppy Pants resembles a cat. He usually wears a brownish orange scarf, a grey shirt with long sleeves, black pants, and black shoes. His whiskers often look unbrushed. His design is similar to that of Gordon on the cancelled Nickelodeon television show Catscratch.
Bloppy Pants is very nervous, yet he is the lead singer for the band Pizza Party in "Schlock Star". He and his band mates made a song called Talk to the Jeans. In this episode he was also shown to be an amazing singer and doesn't suffer from stage fright. He was later adopted in "Read 'Em and Weep" and pressured several unrelated interests until he found his way home.
Bloppy Pants has made many cameos throughout the series, but didn't seem to have very much character development until season five. His first notable role was in Schlock Star. Bloppy Pants forms a band with Fluffer Nutter, Yogi Boo Boo, and Billy the Squid, called Pizza Party. Bloppy Pants, despite his shy personality, becomes the lead singer for this band. Bloppy Pants' second notable role was in Read 'Em and Weep, where he continuously sends letters back to Foster's describing his unpleasant adoption adventures until he eventually could no longer take the pressures of living in the outside world and brings all of the recently adopted friends back to Foster's, in most cases rescuing them from certain doom (e.g. Jackie Khones, Eduardo, and Sam Burger.) In Bad Dare Day, Preparation Ape dared Bloppy Pants to slap one of his friends on the buttocks. Bloppy Pants proceeds to do so to Frankie Foster, and then dares Preparation Ape to lay out by the pool without using sunscreen. Preparation Ape fails, and Bloppy Pants is declared the winner for that round of the Foster's Dare Cup.
- Jeff Bennett (who voiced Bloppy Pants) is also known as the voice of Johnny Bravo, who, ironically, has a personality that's pretty much the exact opposite of Bloppy Pants'.
- His two most notable roles were in "Schlock Star" as the singer of Pizza Party, and in "Read em' and Weep" where he sent letters of his unpleasant adoption adventure.
- His silver trading card statistics form the Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends Leapster game include:
- Is afraid of heights.
- Brushes his teeth 10 times a day.
- Has no tail.
