Balloty is a minor imaginary friend in Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends. He only appears in the episode, "Setting a President."

Balloty is a grey-blue vote-counting machine friend with black arms and legs, a ballot slot on his forehead, white circle and purple checkmark graphics on his chest, and facial appearances on his monitors. Whenever he reveals voting results, the candidate's name covers his eyes, while the number of votes said they received covers his mouth.
